About This Blog

This blog attempts to chronicle my interest and growing visibility in the shaman's way. As a child I was very open to spirit worlds, and this quality was fostered and nurtured by my parents, my mother especially. In my twenties I found myself immersed in the study and practice of Polarity Therapy, a holistic system of bodywork, counseling, yoga, and nutrition developed by Dr. Randolph Stone. I began my Polarity Practice in 2002, and it is from this point that shamanic doors began to open and I began to journey with my clients. In 2009 a radical series of life events and unexpected doors began to fly open in fast succession. The most deeply touching is that of the whirling dervish, where I was trained and initiated in a five month intensive process. Following the blazing path opened to me, I now work with daily practices combining many forms of bodywork, meditation, yoga, and ecstatic dance. I remain true to the beating heart of Ayahuasca on a personal level, and to the community of the Shuar from which she came to me. My doctorate on spiritual and artistic practice will be completed in 2014. Please share in my personal journey, it is ever growing and ever changing. As we each awaken and New Earth is being co-created, every one of your comments are most welcome. In Eternal Peace~ Hannah Skywalker Dancing Heart

Peace

Bright new energies of space and creation and peace, I welcome you onto the planet, into our collective heart, to act through our words - our hands - our eyes, so that we may take our place among the galaxies and universes which we have until now forgotten.  Through peace, remembrance.  Through unity, evolution.  Through harmony, joy.

Sunday December 18th I found myself on a peace walk through London. We began at The Bank of Ideas, the third occupation site in central London, passed by Finsbury Square, the second occupation, round to the Bank of England, and over to St. Pauls, the first Occupy site.  Madan, an esoteric activist from Wales, helped me to plan the route.  London was arranged according to hermenuetic proportions and balances, and is laid out just so.  This particular march crossed over the coronation line, which stretches northeast from Arnold's Mound to southwest at Kingston.  St. Paul's Cathedral rests in the middle of the line, and it is here, on the steps, that kings presented themselves for public approval.  Kingship by birth was not given, the people had to accept each successor, and they did so at this historic location.

At St. Paul's several speeches were given, including spoken word poetry, Occupy London's initial statement, a statement by Stop the War Coalition, and a very moving address from Veterans for Peace.  From here we marched down Whitehall, otherwise known as The Queen's Highway, toward Trafalgar Square.

What happened at Trafalgar Square is still giving me chills! Spontaneously, the whole of the march descended upon the square, climbed up the monument, and began to dance.  TS security, rather than become upset, began taking photos and dancing with us!  The energy spiraled up and up and up and I sang my heart out, grooving to the funky beat of our cycle propelled OLSX soundsystem.  Eventually Scotland Yard did show up, and we continued on to the war cabinet.
Here we presented the cabinet with an invoice for the wars of the past several decades.  Totaling more than 140 billion, it read: paid for by the people, the taxpayers, the 99%.  Inspired by the magnificence of the crowd, I burned sage as we chanted "Peace Now! Freedom Now! Love Now! Humanity Now!"  "No War in Our Name Ever Again!"

From here we moved on to Parliament, and despite SOCPER rules we had several speakers and music for dancing right in front of the building. Activists shared their views on stopping war, on encampment as a necessary form of protest, and read more poetry.  Then we reclaimed Parliament as sacred ground, affirming our right and our destiny to Occupy Parliament, to let loose the secrets of the ages for all peoples.  We formed a long line around the building, held hands, raised them, and chanted three long beautiful Ohms.  Afterward we danced in the streets, waving peace banners, and created a might ruckus!

Heading back via the river, we stopped at Cleopatra's Needle to energize yet another iconic point for peace, and made our way back to St. Pauls. The march was planned in less than two weeks, and almost 300 people demonstrated.  It followed on from a Silent Peace Protest on 11-11-11, continuing the momentum.  A bigger wave is coming...as I prepared for the march several days before, meeting with police, talking to press, and circling Parliament with prayers, I saw 30,000 or more descending into the streets, proclaiming love as the only viable solution to humanities problems.  Through peace, remembrance. Through unity, evolution. Through harmony, joyous creation.  For that is when we are at our best, when we are creating together.

And, in a sobering thought, it is just in time.  There is a North American Indian prophecy which states that if humanity does not come together at its final chance then there will be a third world war.  The area which is now known as the Middle East will attack North America, and "the air will be too hot to breathe", "people will have to hide out in order to survive." Let us do what we can, let us speak out, camp out, but most importantly, let us come together in peace.
As you are with family today, harness the new moon of December, and sew seeds of unity, harmony, and real kick ass love.  For love is enormous, may it engulf us with possibility~
